We do our best to ship Caramunchies across Canada, but some remote or rural destinations may have significantly higher shipping rates than estimated at checkout. If we’re unable to fulfill your order due to unexpectedly high shipping costs, we’ll reach out with options, including shipping to an alternate address or issuing a full refund.

Your order will ship out within 3-6 business days from when you place your order (we’ll always try to get them to you asap!). Maybe longer during the holiday season from Nov-Dec.

For Edmonton: We’ll be using a local courier company and you should be getting them the same day as the shipping day. May vary based on courier availability and weather.

For Alberta: You should receive your snackies 1-3 business days from the shipping date (subject to carriers expedited parcel schedules).

For Canada: You should receive your snackies 1-6 business days from the shipping date depending on location (subject to carriers expedited schedules).

If you’d like to know the approximate day you’ll receive your snackies, email us orders@caramunchies.com after your order is placed.

We include delivery to an Edmonton location for all wholesale orders! Please contact us at orders@caramunchies.com for custom quotes for out of Edmonton wholesalers.

If you try one of our snacks and it’s simply not for you, we’re happy to offer a full refund on the product purchase price, excluding shipping.

To qualify for our Satisfaction Guarantee:

• At least 75% of the product must remain in the package.
• The product must be returned to us before the Best Before date.
• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and reviewed.

Damaged, Incorrect or Problem Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, is missing something, or there is another issue with your goodies, please email us at orders@caramunchies.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and, where applicable, photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and make it right with an appropriate replacement, refund, store credit or other solution.
